Immigration advice
Under Australian law, a person cannot give immigration advice unless that person is registered as a migration agent. I have been registered as a migration agent since 1992.
Migration agents are bound by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.
I provide immigration advice and I represent clients in relation to the following matters:
I also represent clients in applications for the review of decisions to refuse or cancel a visa; for example in the Migration Review Tribunal, the Refugee Review Tribunal, and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
I do not represent clients for the purposes of preparing and lodging initial visa applications. I am able to refer clients to other migration agents who do undertake this sort of work.
